Stephen T. Parker
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

Stephen Parker is Chairman and CEO of Datacraft Solutions where he is responsible for strategic planning, financing, and business operations. Stephen's career spans over twenty-five years, with experience in international commerce, executive management, corporate growth strategies, sales, technology development, and corporate financing.

Prior to Datacraft Solutions, Stephen was an executive at IBM, Eftia, Verizon (GTE/Contel), and Satellite Business Systems. In his last assignment he was CEO of a technology company with two separate enterprises headquartered in Canada and India. Stephen is a pioneer in applying Lean methodologies to software development, holds patents in lean enabling technologies, and is one of the principal patent authors for the first wireless data system G2.5. He is a Board Director for the Hydrogen Engine Center and a member of the advisory board for Silicon Valley based Blacksmith Capital.

Mr. Parker is renowned as a capital efficient restructuring expert. He has managed global businesses for 20 years and has worked with a number of large corporations implementing world class efficiency improvement programs including Lear Corporation, Danaher, IBM, Case New Holland, Pentair, NTT, Bharti, AT&T, Stoneridge Corp, Singapore Tel, MCI, BT, Hong Kong Tel, Telstra, Verizon, Bell Canada, Time Warner Telecom, China Unicom, Saudi Telephone, New Zealand Tel, and the Russian Ministry of Communications to name a few.

Timothy A. Briggs
Chief Operating & Financial Officer

Mr. Briggs has over thirty years of progressively responsible management experience in accounting, finance and operations management. He has broad expertise with high technology, fast growth companies requiring financial and operational leadership. His accomplished career includes experience in business planning, venture financing, financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, and operations management. He has negotiated and managed strategic alliances and joint ventures, including software licensing and international ventures. Mr. Briggs experience includes start-up high technology companies where he has established the finance function and business processes. His high technology company experience includes the well-known computer company, Sun Microsystems, Inc.

Mr. Briggs is a former partner of Rankin McKenzie, LLP, where he served as CFO for several emerging growth companies. These organizations included high technology, bio-technology and magazine publication and distribution. Previously, he has been the Chief Financial Officer for Inlet Technologies, HDTV encoding solutions; Tavve Software, software for network management; HealthMatics, electronic medical record systems; and BSG, client - server software and hardware solutions for customer service centers.

David V. Wood
Director of Research & Development/Operations

David V. Wood is responsible for Product Development/Management, Production and Office Infrastructure, Customer Support, and Patent Portfolio for Datacraft Solutions. David has over 22 years of progressively responsible experiences in the software development, project management and technology arena. Prior to Datacraft Solutions, David was Application Development Manager at Investors Title Company. In this assignment, David initiated and deployed their first national .NET web-based application. David also ran his own successful contracting company for over 5 years in the Raleigh, NC area. Through his contract company, David worked on national and international projects for fortune 1000 companies including ABB, Siemens, Araccel, Doble Engineering, American Express, just to name a few. While contracting to NASA's Langley Research Center in Hampton Va., David has co-authored numerous publications on flexible wing control structures and space structures controls.
